Eric Stryson - Managing Director Global Services - GIFT

Eric is Managing Director – Global Services at GIFT. Since 2008, he has facilitated more than 50 executive leadership programmes in fifteen countries for GIFT clients around the world. He has a depth of experience managing relationships with senior corporate and government clients, key project partners and local government representatives in countries across the Asia region. Eric manages key client relationships including BASF, NEC, Jardine Matheson, Prudential, the IFC, and the Dubai Government amongst others.​

Eric works with the GIFT teams in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur to design and deliver executive learning offerings, sustainability advisory services., and outcome-driven facilitation. He is Project Director for the Rebound Plastic Exchange, a bold new solution in material circularity to reduce plastic pollution and help companies meet recycled material targets as part of their ESG strategies.​

Before joining GIFT, Eric spent several years managing multi-stakeholder partnerships between global brands and civil society groups in the United States and China. He writes and speaks regularly on leadership development, the purpose of technology and the role of business in society. Eric is an alumnus of Stanford University and holds a Masters from Hong Kong University.​
